FAC MEMBER PROMOTION
We provide specialist design and build of classified facilities for customers within the defence, aerospace, finance, technology government and security sectors to fulfil the growing demand for critical risk environments. We work with private and public sector customers to design and deliver facilities of all kinds: offices, labs, comms rooms, data centres, R&D facilities, FSC accredited facilities (formerly LIST X) and more.
From identifying appropriate space to advising on anticipated accreditor requirements, our experience and knowledge of all NPSA (CPNI) and FSC requirements is exceptional. FSC facilities cover a breadth of government requirements, some complex - we help take the mystery out.
Our facility solutions are requirement-driven and designed to ensure customers can operate to maximise efficiency, undertake strategic decision-making, control and identify access and protect assets and data. We are continually researching new systems and products and incorporate the latest innovations and technology into our projects, where they can provide a solution to a customer's need.
We also support businesses already working in the FSC Government arena as well as those starting that journey.

Design and build of secure, critical risk environments for customers with a requirement for accredited classified work spaces. We have the experience and expertise to design and build facilities at all FSC classifications to mitigate risk in both the private and public sectors.
Based on customer requirements and security considerations we are able to undertake the complete layout and interior, design and build of your facility and incorporate staff wellbeing features into the scheme. When designing work spaces where there is a lack of light, we will carefully consider lighting solutions, textures, fabrics, colours and even wall art or super sized graphics to provide visual interest and comfort. Often facilities are used for long periods of time and it is critical that the environment not only meets any task specific or security requirements, but also provides a work space that will be productive and inspiring.
We are able to deliver accredited facilities to shield against a variety of threats which includes RF shielding, PFMF shielding, Tempest shielding, Architectural shielding and data centre shielding. Blast and gas protection, electromagnetic pulse protection (EMPP), ionising radiation protection facilities, MRI shielding, electromagnetic shielding, sound masking, interlock systems and more can be incorporated into facility designs as required.

Heath and Safety is at the heart of everything we do. We are both CHAS and Safe Contractor accredited. We are also on the JOSCAR procurement register and an approved supplier. Many of our team hold security clearances as well as Enhanced DBS certificates. We are able to CIDA accredit our own cabling installations and have COMPEX ability in house (working in explosive environments – vapours and gasses).
